The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. PROPOSED 28 September 2026 (D-241 item 2), for the main session to register; IDs to be confirmed against the register's current maximum (SRC-694 on 28 September 2026). Verbatim: '<span>2.4</span> مليار برميل' over 'احتياطي النفط الخام'; '<span>211</span> مليون متر مكعب' over 'احتياطي الغاز الطبيعي'; '<span>1.7-1.8</span> مليار طن ' over 'احتياطي الفوسفات'. NO DATE, SOURCE OR METHOD ON THE PAGE. WHAT PROSE MAY SAY: that the ministry's home page states these figures, as printed, undated. WHAT PROSE MAY NOT SAY: that the gas figure is 211 billion (the page prints مليون, million); that any of the three is audited, current as at a date, or proved reserves; that the oil figure is comparable with the Oil and Gas Journal's liquids aggregate. The oil-sector page (research/CH9_ENT_MOENERGY_oil_sector.html) shows the numerals without labels, which is what SRC-386 recorded in August. NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the defaced capture of https://new.moenergy.gov.sy of 1 February 2026 (monthly production figures), which is not attributable to the ministry (SRC-386 append).
  2. Closing pass (D-249 to D-251), 29 September 2026, unit CL09: APPEND, 29 September 2026 (closing pass, unit CL-C): printed at Chapter 9 v36 line 143 (v35 line 137 split), text unchanged. The 2024 Statistical Abstract (SRC-744) carries no reserve figure in any edition held, so this undated block is still the official Syrian reserve statement Chapter 9 prints.
  3. Closing pass D253, 29 September 2026, unit CL09: APPEND, 29 September 2026 (CL-C; D-253): line numbering corrected: the reserve block is at Chapter 9 v36 line 145, not 143.
