A PRESS RELEASE, NOT THE REPORT: ReliefWeb's [EN/AR] item pairs the English report with this release as its Arabic attachment (reliefweb_undp_seia_enar_exa.txt). No Arabic edition of the report was found in the searches the retrieval pass records; that is a statement about those searches. Quotations of SRC-017 stay translations of the English. Third-party variant (Kassioun, osoulfx) «… وفقر مستشر وطريق صعب إلى الأمام …» is not UNDP's and is not used.
