Version history

The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. READ 15 October 2026 (Article 3 review, 15 October 2026 (audits/reports/article03_review_2026-10-15/REMEDIATION.md), A3-5). VERBATIM: "[quotation withheld, 45 words; follow the citation]" The per-head construction is the newspaper's; SRC-059 renders it "[quotation withheld, 7 words; follow the citation]". Chapter 2 l.89 rested on SRC-059 alone for this; it now rests on this document.
  2. Article 3 remediation 2, 15 October 2026 (audits/reports/article03_review_2026-10-15/REMEDIATION_2.md): (D3-1) the capture is 1 February 2012, read from the Archive's 302 redirect; "capture of 12 January 2012" in this row's first version was SRC-059's timestamp copied in error. (D3-2) "[quotation withheld, 6 words; follow the citation]" above is superseded: the per-head construction is in the newspaper's report, inside a sentence attributed as a whole "according to senior Libyan officials"; the report does not say who performed the division. (D3-10) tier 6, an unattributed report (unnamed senior officials).
