Version history

The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. READ AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF 28 SEPTEMBER 2026 (D-307, OO-9). Rev. 22 is the revision the Council's standards page links on 16 October 2026. Clause 2.1.1.2, under 'Virgin olive oils that must undergo processing prior to consumption': 'Lampante virgin olive oil: virgin olive oil which has a free acidity expressed as oleic acid, of more than 3.3 grams per 100 grams and/or the physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics of which correspond to those fixed for this category in this standard. It is intended for refining or for technical use.' Word for word the clause of Rev. 20 (SRC-383), which is the revision Chapter 9 quotes and names. NOT READ: the rest of the standard; Rev. 21 (not opened).
  2. LABEL LIFTED 18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, D-315; unit CL2-D): the reading is dated on or before the closing date of 18 October 2026 (D-315 item 1), so the prose keeps the reading date and drops 'after this book's closing date' (LABELS.md class A). Chapter 9 v42 l.105.
