18 October 2026 (the Arabic re-cut after D-309, Chapter 5): THE TERM NOTE ABOVE IS TAKEN UP. The proposed Arabic Chapter 5 l.235 (05-states-file_v80.ar_v21) reads «والوزارة لا تُشطب من سجل النقابة» in place of the approved «جدول النقابة», the decree's own term at Art. 67(b)(3) «3- الشطب من سجل النقابة.» and Art. 75(a); termbase row proposed (AR-1500). The English l.235 is unchanged.
