READ 18 OCTOBER 2026 AT THE EXTRACTION. 6 May: 'قال ممثل “لجنة المزة لمتابعة المرسوم 66″ ... إن بيان محافظة دمشق، أمس الثلاثاء ... يمثل نكولًا عن جميع الاتفاقات التي أبرمتها المحافظة مع الأهالي المالكين.'; 'اتفاق سابق مع المحافظة بمنح بدل إيجار سنوي بديل للمالكين ب 50 ضعفًا'. 8 May (not printed): about 150 people protesting in Mezzeh on the reporter's count. The representative is named by the outlet and NOT in the chapter (author decision: two residents' representatives were later referred to a court on the governor's complaint, Syria TV 4 June 2026). The extraction misreads the statement's item 9 (65 for 6.5 per cent; SOURCE_PACK C18).
