Not printed: the unnamed sources' floor-area ratios (1.4 falling to 0.8; SOURCE_PACK C14), its 'three per cent' for streets (a misquotation of the statement's 31; C8), its 'has compensated' for the 1,000 families (C9), the named businessmen.
