READ AT THE PAGE 16 August 2026 and re-read the same day after the Chapter 4 v2 diff review found the chapter had misattributed a figure to it. WHAT IT CARRIES, verbatim: 'plans for the development of Marota City and similar projects, such as Damascus Towers, are ongoing, even after the change in leadership.' WHAT IT DOES NOT CARRY: any figure for the displacement. THE THIRTY THOUSAND IS NOT ON THIS PAGE. It appears only inside the address of a hyperlink whose visible anchor text is 'never saw that promise fulfilled', pointing at SRC-106. Chapter 4 v2 said this author 'puts the number of people left homeless by the project at about thirty thousand'; she does not, and that was a false attribution to a living named author corrected at v4. THE LESSON IS THE ROW: a figure read off a web address is not a figure read from a document.
