SO THE MOST RECENT NATIONAL FIGURE THIS PROJECT HAS FOUND IS JANUARY 2026's, AT SRC-287, AND THE SCOPE OF THAT STATEMENT IS THE BULLETINS ENUMERATED HERE: October 2025, January 2026 and April 2026, plus the biweekly updates and the June 2026 special edition seen in listings and NOT OPENED. The absence may be stated only that wide.

The June 2026 special edition of the same bulletin series, retrieved from ReliefWeb, gives 57 per cent of hospitals and 37 per cent of primary health care centres fully functional. The April 2026 finding in this row stands unchanged: April carries no national figure. What changes is the claim about recency, which was made from an enumeration that had not yet reached June.
