USED FOR CORROBORATION OF INSTITUTIONAL FACTS ONLY AND FOR NO FIGURE. It confirms the Fund's official name as the Fund for Supporting the Use of Renewable Energies and Raising Energy Efficiency, its type as a government fund, its year of establishment as 2021, its legal reference as Law No. 23 of 2021, and its supervising body as the Ministry of Energy, formerly the Ministry of Electricity, which corroborates the ministerial merger recorded at SRC-351. IT ALSO CORROBORATES THE SUBSIDY STRUCTURE at SRC-366: among the Fund's listed tasks is supporting loans or the interest on loans allocated to renewable energy, which is what the 138 billion pounds of interest paid to banks in SRC-366 is.
