The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
THE MINISTRY'S WEB COPY AS ARCHIVED, NOT THE GAZETTE PRINT; the live address answered 404 on 18 September 2026 and the Gazette issue of 2018 carrying it has not been sought. WHAT IT SAYS AGAINST THE SYRIA REPORT'S ACCOUNT (SRC-115), which Chapter 4 v53 rested on: the account's 'one month to prove their rights' is Art. 2(c)'s thirty days; its 'may not appeal the governor's decision' is a reading of the text's silence, the text giving an appeal against the owners' table (Art. 6) and none against the governor's designation; its 'the law says nothing about the fate of the land' is right on rebuilding, compensation and expropriation and short of Art. 6(c), which says the table does not touch registered real rights, and of Art. 10(b)'s reference to the Expropriation Law for the proceeds. [registered 18 September 2026 for the D-211 Chapter 4 pass, on the author's question why the text had not been read]

18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, D-315; unit CL2-D): Claims add 'CH4 v71 l.65: Law 3 of 2018 applied by Rif Dimashq Decision 4520/ق of 14 July 2026 (SRC-855)'. The decision cites the executive instructions issued by Decision 130/ن of 22 May 2018, which this row does not hold.
