Tier now records SOURCE TYPE only; how far this project has checked the document is the Status column. Previous value: tier 1. Supplied 10 August 2026 and it closes the largest gap in this project. D-020 had made the first edition the referent for five claims on the reasoning that it is purchasable and checkable, and nobody here had opened it. 35,419 words. Four checks completed on receipt. CONFIRMED: rebuilding the country is expected to cost between 250 and 400 billion dollars, stated twice; the blank slate metaphor, used at least three times including Today, Syria is, in many ways, a blank slate; and the five days claim verbatim, if the entire ESG market were compressed into a single calendar year, Syria would only need to capture about five days worth of that flow. CORRECTED: the first edition says over 30 trillion in assets, not 30.3 trillion, which is a figure this project had taken from the unpublished draft and attributed to the published book; Chapter 1 is corrected. CONFIRMED ABSENT: basis point appears nowhere, so the withdrawn promise was never made to any reader, and introduction v6 is right to recast it. FOUND, AND IT NEEDS AN AUTHOR DECISION: Khalil al-Ahmad appears in the same wheat-field scene as the unpublished draft, so the composites were in the published book as D-020 records, but the word composite appears zero times in the first edition. The published book carried them unlabelled SECOND PASS, 10 August 2026, five further checks. CONFIRMED: the forty per cent corruption claim is in the published book, verbatim, Here is a number that tells you everything about Syria pre-2024 governance: 40%. That is the estimated portion of the national budget that disappeared through corruption each year. Not inefficiency. Not waste. Not bureaucratic bloat. Outright theft. The numeral 40% appears six times, at lines 159, 165, 515, 1569, 1697 and 1717; FOUR OF THOSE are the Syrian budget-corruption claim, at 159, 165, 515 and 1717, across three chapters. Line 1569 is a Lebanese reconstruction figure and line 1697 is a target for women among scholarship recipients. CORRECTED 15 August 2026: this cell said the claim appeared six times, which counted the numeral rather than the claim, in the register governing a book about numbers counted without being read. The Author's Note carried the same error to v2 and it was corrected at v3; this is the register limb of that correction and it was left standing when the prose was fixed. CONFIRMED: the standpoint and commercial-interest disclosure is genuinely absent. I am Syrian, commercial interest, ESG strategy and Tishreen all return zero. So source line 101, and the first edition did not say, holds. NUANCE THE DRAFTS SHOULD CARRY: the author brother is named in the published book, in the dedication, In loving memory of my brother, Hasan, and all Syrians who were killed in the pursuit of freedom. So the first edition was not silent about him; it carried the fact without the standpoint. Any sentence implying total silence should be checked against this. CONFIRMED: composite appears zero times, so the published book carried Khalil and Ahmad unlabelled. Author decision outstanding on whether the introduction confession says so. CONFIRMED: the Green Bargain is in the published book, five occurrences, including a Green Bargain should be implemented to transform former combatants into stakeholders in the new sustainable economy, channelling their energy into productive roles like reforestation and green infrastructure projects. This is the passage D-007 and the SR-007 and SR-012 specialist gates concern.
