Version history

The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. READ 14 October 2026, after the closing date of 28 September 2026: the seventeenth dated exception (D-303, 14 October 2026 (audits/reports/undp_date_basis_2026-10-14.md)). The page the EPRS briefing (SRC-021) links three times on its UNDP material. Dated "February 19, 2025". Offers "pdf (3.8MB)" at /sites/g/files/zskgke326/files/2025-02/undp-sy-seia-final_0.pdf. VERBATIM: "[quotation withheld, 33 words; follow the citation]". The page text, scripts removed, carries neither 250 nor 923 (searched 14 October 2026). WHY IT MATTERS: the page frames the report as an estimate of the reconstruction challenge before the briefing did; Chapter 1 line 83 places the shift accordingly (D-303 item 2). The capture is of the page as at 23 February 2025; the briefing was created on 4 March 2025.
  2. D-303, 14 October 2026 (article02 DIFF_REVIEW_2 E2-3): two further Internet Archive captures retrieved and read 14 October 2026, held beside this one: 20 February 2025 (research/retrieved/SRC-777_undp_seia_publications_page_wayback_20250220190356.html, SHA-256 3952a6884075eb8eec9dc84f9ce8f13e40e9313a236a303c94a0a590fa5e7d69) and 15 March 2025 (..._20250315114635.html, SHA-256 abf3f6b99254ad5b0a2abb24537db3ce340704e20df0cd0b6435d8f0743fba32). Both carry the date "February 19, 2025" and the same three quoted spans, and neither carries 923 or 250. The 20 February copy offers undp-sy-seia-final_0.pdf; the 15 March copy offers undp-sy-seia-final-24022025_compressed.pdf. So the page said this either side of the briefing's creation; the CDX lists no 200 capture between 23 February and 15 March 2025 (one 301 on 10 March).
  3. D-303 item 5, 14 October 2026 (audits/reports/undp_date_2026-10-14/REMEDIATION_2.md): SUPERSEDES the "WHY IT MATTERS" sentence above, which said the page framed the report before the briefing did. The quoted sentence is the report's own, from its introduction (SRC-017 PDF p.4), so the framing begins in the report; the page carries that sentence without the figure and without p.11's definition. The earlier sentence stays as history.
  4. D-303 item 6, 14 October 2026 (audits/reports/undp_date_2026-10-14/REMEDIATION_3.md): Claims re-pointed (W-6); Chapter 1 line 83 now rests on SRC-017 alone.
  5. 19 October 2026 (closing pass 2, lift sweep): the reading of 14 October 2026 falls before the closing date of 18 October 2026 (D-315) and is no longer a dated exception; the D-303 note above stays true of the closing date then in force.
