THE PROSE NOW DISCLOSES THE GAP AT v26 and this row records what to check. THE VERDICT IS NOT WITHDRAWN: the chapter still says the account is neither right nor wrong, and CLAUDE.md permits a SPECIALIST_REVIEW claim to be discussed as a question or a risk. What it may not be is presented as settled engineering advice, and a sentence saying no engineer has checked it is the difference. AMENDED 31 AUGUST 2026 AT THE D-141 AUDIT.
